3. Online Payments

Payment Methods: We accept online payments exclusively through Stripe. We support major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as permitted by the Stripe gateway.
No Cash on Delivery: Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Security: Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the destination and courier schedules.
L'haya Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Refunds

Hygiene Standard: Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the product.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

The brand name L'haya Perfumes, the logo, and all creative content on this website are the intellectual property of MAISON DE HAYA FOR PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING CO. L.L.C.

L'haya Perfumes shall not be liable for any skin reactions or allergies resulting from the use of our products. We recommend testing a small amount on the skin before full application.
Our total liability to you for any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
